Sinaran Pelangi School recently hosted a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration filled with fun and tradition, ahead of the actual celebration tomorrow. The celebration saw a dance performance by the school’s kindergarteners, followed by a storytelling on the festival’s origins.
The kindergarteners also participated in a quiz, with prizes awarded to those who answered correctly.
Cecilia Lim led a live demonstration on making snow skin mooncakes, with both students and teachers also trying their hands on crafting the treats, as well as tasting a variety of mooncakes.
The festivities concluded with an arts and crafts activity where the kindergarteners created Mid-Autumn-themed artworks. – James Kon
