Safety protocols for food imports?

The authorities have been doing a stellar job in stemming the tide that is COVID-19 in the country. As a result, we have not had to resort to more extreme measures such as a lockdown.

However, I recently learnt that the durians found at local markets are from Sabah, and the deliverymen are granted a three-hour pass to make the delivery.

Given the number of new daily COVID-19 cases in the neighbouring Malaysian state, I would like to know if there are measures in place to ensure that these runners are not carrying the infection into the country.
