Business owners, managers and staff have been reminded to adhere to the instructions and directives issued by the MoH and government agencies, particularly the use of face masks in the preparation and handling of food. They should also be socially responsible and instil a culture of taking preventive measures to curb the spread of COVID-19 in business premises.

Managers are required to obtain the BruHealth QR code and place it in a convenient location for customers to scan. They are also reminded to make use of the Premise Scan app for customers who do not have access to the BruHealth app on their mobile phones, instead of resorting to the approach of taking down personal details in a record book.

Business premises are also required to maintain cleanliness, while food premises must comply with the government guidelines when serving buffets.
