The Public Works Department (JKR), Ministry of Development yesterday announced the closure of the road along Jalan Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha starting from the Telanai traffic light (junction 444) to the Edinburgh Bridge.
The closure, which began yesterday, will continue from 9pm to 4am, subject to weather conditions. The closure is expected to last for one month for cutting of trees and pruning along the stretch. The department reminded road users to be cautious when passing the area and to comply with traffic signs.
