Haji Hassan bin Haji Mohammad, the sole candidate for the post of village head of Kampong Kiulap received 125 votes and six against while Pengiran Muhd Nurramzu bin Pengiran Haji Salleh, the only candidate for the post of village head of Kampong Perpindahan Mata-Mata, Gadong received 212 votes of the 214.
Two votes were disqualified.
The voting and election system was implemented using paper ballot and mobile application PMKK e-Voting. The result will be forwarded to the Board of Appointment, Discipline and Procedures for Mukim Penghulu and Village Head at the Ministry of Home Affairs for further action.
The voting for the village head of Kampong Kiulap was held at Haji Mohd Jaafar Maun Primary School in Kampong Kiulap while the voting for the post of village head of Kampong Perpindahan Mata-Mata, Gadong was held at Pengiran Pekerma Setia Diraja Sahibul Bandar Primary School Hall.
Brunei-Muara District Officer Misle bin Haji Abdul Karim was present at the Kampong Kiulap village head voting while Special Duties Officer at the Brunei-Muara District Haji Muhd Khairul bin Haji Jamaluddin attended the voting of village head for Kampong Perpindahan
Mata-Mata.
