Out of all the recreational parks in the Brunei-Muara District, Tasek Lama is my preferred spot for morning workouts.
What is most attractive about the park is the camaraderie among like-minded individuals, who are seeking better health through regular exercise.
However, the wooden platform where people get together for line dancing and tai chi is in dire need of some maintenance work.
Some planks have fallen off, creating huge gaps on the platform that pose danger to visitors who are not aware of them.
I hope to see more regular maintenance work being done to the popular park.
