The Muslimah Affairs Division at the Mosque Affairs Department in collaboration with Takmir Committee members of the Jame’ ’Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque organised a religious forum titled ‘Solat Dipelihara Keluarga Bahagia’ to mark the Family Day celebration recently.
The forum was aimed at raising awareness for Muslimah to play a role in guiding their family to the right path to gain blessings from Allah the Almighty, especially through prayers.
Spouse of the Minister of Religious Affairs Datin Hajah Nahriah binti Haji Asbi was the guest of honour.
Spouse of the Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Datin Hajah Jamaiah binti Haji Abdul Manaf was also present.
The forum panellists comprised senior officer of Family Counselling Service Division at the Syariah Affairs Department Haji Abdullah Amer bin Haji Abdul Hamid, and assistant lecturer of Fiqh al-Usrah Research Centre at Religious Teachers University College of Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) Dayangku Izzati binti Pengiran Haji Kasran, while Muslimah Guidance Class Supervisor Hajah Sinega binti Haji Swadi chaired the forum.
