Istana Nurul Iman
A Dikir Maulidur Rasul ceremony was held at Istana Nurul Iman yesterday.
The ceremony began with Isyak prayers led by Haji Fansuri Sharimi @ Haji Mansur bin Mohd Ali from the Mosque Affairs Department, who later led the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah. It was followed with the recitation of Al-Quran verses. Haji Ahmad Abdussalam bin Haji Abdul Rahman from the Islamic Da’wah Centre delivered a tazkirah titled ‘The Sunnah of Using Fragrances’.
The event was enlivened with performances of Dikir Assalamualaika, Dikir Khairuman, Dikir Bisyahrin, Dikir Al-Hamdu, Dikir Badat, Dikir Asyrakal and Selawat Tafrijiyyah.
Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy (Fiscal) Pengiran Datin Seri Paduka Hajah Zety Sufina binti Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Sani, Acting Permanent Secretary (Fiscal II) at the Ministry of Finance and Economy (MoFE) Hajah Latifah binti Haji Mahmud, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Trade and Industry) at the MoFE Mohammad Harris bin Brigadier General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Haji Ibrahim were present. – Rokiah Mahmud
Ministry of Education
The Ministry of Education held a Dikir Maulidur Rasul ceremony at Kampong Pelambayan Mosque yesterday.
The ceremony began with the presentation of waqaf contributions handed over by the permanent secretary to chief imam of Kampong Pelambayan Mosque Haji Muhamad Aminuddin bin Haji Puteh, followed by Maghrib prayers.
The ceremony continued with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Dikir Khairuman.
Permanent Secretary (Higher Education) at the Ministry of Education Dr Haji Azman bin Ahmad was present at the event.
Ministry of Religious Affairs
The Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) continued its Dikir Maulidur Rasul in the Belait District at the Seria Mosque, led by Permanent Secretary at the MoRA Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim.
The event began with Maghrib prayer, followed by the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by the permanent secretary.
A short tazkirah titled ‘Banyakkan Berselawat Ke atas Rasulullah’ was delivered by Khaliq bin Kamree from Islamic Da’wah Centre. – Daniel Lim
