Religious event marks RBPF’s 100th anniversary

The Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) held a Tahlil ceremony for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Muhammad Jamalul Alam and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Bendahara Pengiran Anak Abdul Rahman at the Royal Mausoleum to commemorate the RBPF’s 100th anniversary.

Commissioner of the RBPF Dato Paduka Seri Haji Mohammad Irwan bin Haji Hambali was the guest of honour.

Deputy Commissioner of the RBPF Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Mohd Jefri bin Pengiran Haji Abdul Hamid, directors, senior officials, officers, personnel and civilian members of RBPF were present.

The Tahlil event was led by Gadong Police Headquarter Surau Imam APO Sergeant 6472 Mohammad Yusri bin Haji Abu Bakar.

The event was part of RBPF’s outline programme carried out to enliven the 100th anniversary celebration for 2021.
