The Centre for British Teachers (CfBT) Education Services recently held a Doa Selamat and Tahlil ceremony at the Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) Mosque in conjunction with its 40th anniversary.
CfBT Education Services Chief Executive Officer Dr Louise Pagden welcomed Kampong Panchor Village Head Mohammad Eddie Hardy Bin Haji Ibrahim on arrival.
The gathering saw 50 attendees including representatives from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and orphans. The ceremony began with the recitation of Doa Selamat and Tahlil led by Imam Abdul Muhaimin bin Dr Haji Serbini followed by sungkai and Maghrib prayers. The event saw the handover of donations to orphans before concluding with Isyak and Sunnat Tarawih prayers. – Daniel Lim
