As part of Datastream Digital Sdn Bhd (DST) annual Ramadhan activities, DST organised a Tedarus Khatam Al-Quran closing ceremony and handing over donation to orphans in Brunei Muara District on Tuesday at Chancellor’s Hall, Universiti Brunei Darussalam.
Brunei Investment Agency Acting Managing Director Haji Sofian bin Haji Mohammad Jani, at his capacity as DST chairman attended the ceremony alongside DST Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Radin Sufri bin Radin Basiuni, DST Deputy Chairperson Hajah Muna Diyana binti Haji Ibrahim with of DST board members Dayangku Noreen Afiza binti Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mohamad Zain and Al-Huffaz Management CEO Haji Mohammad Loqman Al Hakim bin Haji Hamdan and DST staff.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Khatam Al-Quran led by the Tedarus group of DST followed by a special talk on ‘Lailatul Qadar, Sedekah dan Ibadah dalam bulan Ramadhan’ delivered by Muhammad Fuad bin Matahir from Islamic Da’wah Centre(PDI).
The event concluded with the handing over donations to the orphan by DST chairman.
