The Welfare Body of Police’s Wives and Families (PEKERTI) held a Surah Yaasiin recitation and Doa Kesyukuran ceremony to mark Her Majesty Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha binti Al-Marhum Pengiran Pemancha Pengiran Anak Haji Mohamed Alam’s birthday yesterday.
Spouse of the Commissioner of the Royal Brunei Police Force Pengiran Datin Hajah Zauyah binti Pengiran Haji Sulaiman who is the President of PEKERTI was the guest of honour.
PEKERTI Chairperson Datin Sabrina Aziemah binti Abdullah Chong with PEKERTI Supreme Committee members and members from five PEKERTI branches participated. The ceremony commenced with mass Maghrib prayer and Sunnat Hajat prayers, followed by a recitation of Surah Yaasiin led by Lance Corporal 5621 Siti Aimi binti Ali Rahman and mass Isyak prayer.
