The Rotary Club of Belait (RCB) will organise its 55th anniversary dinner, to help communities in need across the Belait District, on August 20 at Chung Ching Middle School in Seria.
The dinner will be an opportunity for the RCB to express gratitude to friends of Rotary, volunteers, and supporters of the club for their support.
RCB President Henrietta Hiew said the 55th anniversary dinner was originally planned to be held on September 4 last year, but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
She added that the RCB has conducted several activities to commemorate and celebrate the projects carried out by the club over the year.
RCB has been holding charitable projects and initiatives including providing aid to Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam in the Belait District, and donating to students in need at various schools across the district.
