The Ministry of Education yesterday announced the school hours during Ramadhan for primary and secondary schools and sixth form centres nationwide for 1445 Hijrah/2024.
For primary schools, the morning session will be from 7.45am to 11.55am, while for secondary schools and sixth form centres, schooling hours will be from 7.45am to 11.50am for the morning session and noon to 4pm for the afternoon session.
School hours for preschoolers will be flexible and at the discretion of the schools, the ministry added. – Azlan Othman
