I would like to express grave concern over the inconsistency in quarantining returnees to the country.
Some people returning from overseas are only in quarantine for a few days, instead of the usual two weeks.
It takes more than a week for symptoms to show, and if returnees caught it while at airports, we run the risk of a community outbreak by releasing them from quarantine early.
Why is everyone not required to undergo the same quarantine period to safeguarding health and safety of the people?
