PUJA Brunei to host AGM on January 23

The Institution of Surveyors, Engineers and Architects (PUJA) Brunei called on all active members to participate in the mid-term Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2020/2021 to be held on January 23, 2021 at Betabur Hall, Ministry of Development from 7.45am to noon.

This was stated during a press conference at PUJA Hub, Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) by PUJA President Ir Haji Mohamad Zin bin Haji Salleh.

According to the president, the meeting will cover approval of meeting minutes, reports from chairman and vice president for each division (engineer, architect, surveyor), various reports by PUJA representatives including updates on PUJA Academy, to Consider Motions Submitted (Voting) and other arising matters.

“We hope to see all members attend the meeting,” said the president, adding that any “motion” to be raised shall be sent to PUJA via its email at [email protected] no later than January 9, 2021.

He also said, “Any corporate members desirous of moving any resolution at the AGM shall give notice thereof to the secretary-general no less than 14 days before the date of the meeting.”

Meanwhile, members attending the AGM will obtain the certificates of attendance with five CPD/CPE credit points.

Secretary General of PUJA Ir Chin Lee Tuck, Secretary of Architect Division Ar Haji Amiruddin Abdul Aziz and representative from PUJA Pengiran Md Abdullah Faiz bin Pengiran Haji Sabtu were also present.
