Promoting low-code development through competition

Hajah Siti Nursalwani binti Haji Osman was named the first place winner of Low-Code Jumpstart competition in the physical category.

Nursalwani won tech gadget vouchers worth BND300.

Meanwhile, second place winner Mohd Ammar Izzuddin bin Rosli won a tech gadget voucher worth BND200, followed by Muhd Abdul Hadi bin Ali who won a tech gadget vouchers worth BND150.

The competition, organised by Dynamik Technologies in collaboration with OutSystems, a global software development company pioneering low-code was held as part of the Digital Technology week at the Brunei Mid Year Conference and Exhibition (MYCE) 2021, International Convention Centre (ICC) in Berakas.

The award-winning technology was shared with participants who attended the session both physically and virtually which culminated to the competition.

Low-code uses visual, model-driven development with AI powered tools that improve the entire application lifecycle. Applications can be built quickly, easily, and securely with a single click deployment that grows and evolves in line with business needs.

The competition aimed at promoting the potential of low-code development in Brunei. With low-code, complex business mobile apps and web services can quickly be transformed and adapted to deliver interactive digital experiences.
