DES School held a Sports Day themed ‘DES School Olympics’ at Berakas Sports Complex on Thursday.
DES School Principal Rafizah binti Abdul Rahman along with teachers, staff and students, joined the event.
In her welcoming speech, the principal explained that the annual event emphasises the importance of sports in the everyday life of students to instil discipline, self-confidence, health and team cooperation.
The event was divided into two sessions, with the pre-school students and primary level students of the school divided.
Also present were the students’ parents and guardians.
