Promoting Fardhu ‘Ain learning

Twenty-five recipients of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah assistance recently participated in a spiritual and motivational empowerment programme at Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA).

Organised by UNISSA through the Co-Curriculum Unit of Centre for Promotion of Knowledge and Language in collaboration with Yayasan, the programme sought to promote Fardhu ‘Ain learning.

Head of Co-Curriculum Unit Dr Hajah Ummi Fa’izah binti Haji Abdul Rahman, as programme chairman touched on the importance of maintaining spiritual practices as a preparation to overcome challenges in the era of globalisation.

The programme included a prayer empowerment workshop by Haji Khairul Nazif bin Haji Damit, an Usahawan Akhirat forum by Director of the Centre for Promotion of Knowledge and Language Dr Haji Hambali bin Haji Jaili and Accredited Da’ie of Brunei Islamic Religious Council (MUIB) Ustaz Anwari bin Haji Rawi.

It proceeded with a certificate presentation by Assistant Managing Director of Yayasan Haji Mustapha bin Haji Matahir.
