Deputy Minister of Development Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Marzuke bin Haji Mohsin led the delegation while heading the LegCo members was Yang Berhormat Siti Rozaimeriyanty binti Dato Seri Laila Jasa Haji Abdul Rahman.

The visit was also aimed at explaining to the LegCo members about the role of the Ministry of Development in providing services to the public and also to share information and discuss issues brought up during the LegCo session in March this year.

At the Department of Water Services, the LegCo members were briefed on the water distribution system in Brunei Darussalam at the Telemetry room and the challenges the department faces.

A main water pipe burst disrupting supply to Tanah Jambu, Meragang and Lambak. Finding out the leakage was not easy as some of the pipes were underground, the delegation was told.
