Progresif launched its first pop-up store in KB Sentral yesterday, in line with its ongoing retail transformation project.
The initiative promised to bring greater access to both physical and digital presence, to meet customers where they prefer to be, be in online or in a retail store.
The first two milestones for the transformation included the launch of its online store which saw immediate success with more than 1,000 transactions in the first few months.
The second milestone brought a series of significant improvements to the Progresif Care app, most recently upgraded in October, allowing customers the convenience to TopUp, Pay Bills and manage their Prepaid, Postpaid, Family Bundles or Business accounts.
Progresif Director of Sales Junaidi bin Bahrum said, “This is part of an integrated strategy that Brunei telecoms industry has never seen before. We’re increasing the size of our retail footprint by introducing more agile, proactive sales teams that seek out the customer, instead of the other way around”.
Head of Brand Strategy at Progresif Hafiza Mohamad added, “The flagship store promises a fresh new retail environment that better incorporates all of Progresif’s digital products and services like Progresif Media, PAY and Events; and some exciting new products we will be announcing in the coming months. Our new stores will also help promote and expand our CSR efforts to help foster development within our strategic pillars of arts and culture, education, entrepreneurship and the environment”.
