Q-Carrier (B) Sdn Bhd (Carrier Brunei) has launched its Healthy Buildings Programme in Brunei Darussalam, an advanced suite of products and solutions to help businesses and individuals create a healthier, safer and more productive indoor environment.

Carrier Brunei is part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), a leading global provider of healthy, safe and sustainable building and cold chain solutions.

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to many businesses and individuals. To help address these challenges, Carrier Brunei recently conducted a knowledge sharing session with the Ministry of Health (MoH) on the Healthy Buildings Programme, and introduced the brand-new Carrier Air One air purifier.

“We are thankful to the MoH for allowing us to demonstrate the Air One air purifier’s capability to improve indoor air quality,” said Carrier Brunei Sales Manager Rahul Kumar Singh.

The Carrier Air One purifies the air with a three-stage filtration process. A combination of pre-filter, H11 HEPA filters and carbon-activated filters makes it effective in removing fine particles as small as 0.3-micron and volatile organic compounds. Users can monitor in real time the air quality of their surroundings with the colour-based PM 2.5 display. A combined action of UV light and photocatalyst filter is tested to kill up to 99.99 per cent of the smallest of virus and bacteria.
