Programme enhances bilateral ties between government, people

A ‘SUA Muka’ or Personal Contact programme was held at the residence of Village Head of Kg Kupang Haji Puasa bin Haji Kula, who is also a member of the Kg Kupang Village Consultative Council recently.

The programme is part of the Community Relation Unit, Nationhood and Community Division of the Information Department at the Prime Minister’s Office’s continuous efforts in enhancing collaboration and close cooperation between the government and the people in community welfare affairs.

The Information Department delegation was welcomed by Haji Puasa. The delegation comprising officers and staff was led by Acting Director of Information, Mawardi bin Haji Mohammad.

Among the items shared by Kupang Village Consultative Council members and villagers were on infrastructure and public facilities.

The programme aims to enhance bilateral ties between the government and the people, who together can build a community that inculcates and nurtures civic awareness and love towards the religion, monarch and patriotism in line with the nation’s aspirations.
