A mass Asar prayer and a religious talk was held to mark Brunei Shell Marketing Company Sdn Bhd’s (BSM) Fill Safe, Feel Safe 2022 safety campaign at Ash-Shaliheen Mosque yesterday.

Deputy Minister of the Department of Energy at the Prime Minister’s Office Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Matsatejo bin Sokiaw attended the event.

BSM launched the Fill Safe, Feel Safe 2022 campaign yesterday at the Brunei Malay Teachers Association (PGGMB) building, LR Floor. It is BSM’s fourth series of the campaign since the first launch in 2014.

The campaign is in cooperation with the Petroleum Authority of Brunei Darussalam (PA) and BSM to create public awareness on safety at Shell retail stations and the consequences of non-compliance, which may expose both customers and Service Champions to danger.

It aims to strengthen the compliance culture across all Shell retail stations; emphasise the well-being of Service Champions in performing their duties; and ensure customers’ safety and compliance.

Also in attendance were BSM staff, officers from the Prime Minister’s Office, and PA and filling station representatives.
