The Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) discovered several suspicious packages in a hut around the forested areas of Kampong Lakiun, Temburong District yesterday morning.
The discovery of the packages was the result of a surveillance by detectives of Bangar Police Station.
Checks found 11 bottles and 480 cansof alcohol.
The contraband was handed over to the Royal Customs and Excise Depart-ment (RCED).
The RBPF urged the public to share information on suspicious or criminal activities by calling 993 or visit a nearby police station.
