Parents’ Day, Ramadhan celebrations at Grand Mercure

Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy will be holding a series of F&B promotions/The annual Peranakan Food Festival, Ramadhan Buffet and Parents’ Day set menus from April to July 2018.

Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy is bringing back the signature Peranakan food festival at Feast@East Buffet Restaurant from April 27 to June 3 where diners can savour an authentic spread of Peranakan cuisine along with new surprises that are created by Head Chef Lester Wang and guest chef Madam Jane who is a Peranakan.

During the promotion period, diners can visit booths that are set up in the restaurant. They will be displaying various types of items, ranging from clothes to food that is closely related to Peranakan heritage. There are special dine-in rates for senior citizens and pioneers daily. Diners had enjoyed the Labour Day special from April 27 to May 2 with 50 per cent off on Adult and Child prices for both lunch and dinner.

Taste of Penang Favourites promotion from June 15 to July 1 which is back by popular demand. Besides all-time signature dishes such as Assam Laksa and Char Kway Teow, look out for Siamese Laksa, which is a variant of the Assam Laksa with a rich coconut broth. Other highlights include Stir-Fried Tai Lok Mee (Penang style Fried Noodles), Ayam Percik (Coconut Spiced Chicken), Lor Mee (Noodles in thick gravy), Rojak and other delicacies.

The annual Ramadhan dinner buffet from May 17 to June 14 is showcasing favourites like freshly grilled Satay, Beef Rendang and other traditional favourites. At Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant from May 4 – 13 and June 8 – 17, look out for Head Chef Victor Lee’s Parents Day Menus from $388++ for 4 persons with popular signatures such as Peking Duck, Cantonese-Style Pan Seared Black Iberian and more surprises.
