The Persatuan Kebajikan Melayu SeMalaysia (PKMS) distributed over 1,000 portions of bubur lambuk to residents of Brunei-Muara and Belait districts as part of its annual Bubur Lambuk Perdana programme on Sunday.
Preparations for the porridge were carried out at the residence of PKMS president Haji Mohd Taufek bin Haji Abdul Rahim and attended by Malaysian High Commission in Brunei Darussalam representative Mohd Idris bin Abu Nawas. Assistant Director of Petronas Carigali Brunei Bhd Shar Kawi bin Shafie and spouse, volunteers from the FEED Project and PKMS members were also present. – Lyna Mohamad
