One local company and three individuals were issued with compound fines for offences under Section 12 (1)(a) and (d), Chapter 30 of the Minor Offences Act, during a routine monitoring conducted by the Law Enforcement Division, Bandar Seri Begawan (BSB) Municipal Department.
