The Brunei Youth Council (BYC) recently held a prayer refinement workshop in conjunction with the Islamic new year of 1444 Hijrah for its strategic partners and members of the public.
Twenty-nine participants attended the two-day workshop at the Youth Centre. Split into two parts, the theory session enlightened participants on ablution, Tayammum and prayer procedures, while the second part focussed on the practical aspects.
The workshop aimed to strengthen and preserve morals, beliefs and knowledge – especially regarding the importance of religious pillars – and strengthening relations among Muslims in Brunei Darussalam.
