CF KING Enterprise’s service centre has been appointed as the official service centre for Asus since October last year.

With its trained technicians, CF King Enterprise’s official Asus service centre will be servicing, diagnosing and repairing any issues on Asus products purchased within or outside the country.

CF King Enterprise Sales and Services Manager Ong Su Meng during an interview announced the company milestone yesterday.

“CF King Enterprise was established in 1991. Its IT division was only set up in 1998 and it was the first local company to bring in Asus products to Brunei market,” he said. “The market for Asus in Brunei has been improving because Asus has the best gaming motherboard.

“Our relationship with Asus has grown strong and we are proud to be an official Asus service centre,” he added. “Asus product owners who have issues with their products can visit the centre for check and repair.”

“The Asus laptop has a global warranty while desktops and hand phones have local warranty,” he added. “Asus will continuously provide training to staff through Internet or training programmes. We may also go to Malaysia for training. As Asus technologies are progressing rapidly, we need to be updated through training.”

“Customers who bought Asus laptops will be given a BND10 voucher and lucky dip. Customers can use the BND10 voucher at the service centre to check any hardware including modem routers or laptops of other brands,” he added. “We also offer other services like door access, thumb attendance and CCTV security as well as large LED displays for outdoors and indoors.”
