Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the authorities have been encouraging the public to go digital whenever possible.
I decided to heed the call by opting to renew my driving licence online, and paid extra for delivery to lessen the stress.
But it’s been a month and there is still no sign of my new licence, despite the website stating that it would only take between three and five days.
With an expired licence, I’m now unable to drive to work.
I am a strong supporter of digitalisation, but I feel that a great service is key to encouraging more people in the country to fully embrace the national aspiration.
