Brunei Darussalam recorded zero COVID-19 cases yesterday, keeping the national tally of confirmed cases at 219.
Ten active cases are still receiving treatment at the National Isolation Centre (NIC) in Tutong District, and all are in stable condition, the Ministry of Health (MoH) said yesterday.
According to the MoH, the Sultanate has had no local transmissions for 342 days.
A total of 519 individuals are undergoing mandatory self-isolation at government monitoring centres after returning from abroad, with 16,634 individuals having completed mandatory self-isolation at the monitoring centres since March 2020.
Over the past 24 hours, 134 samples have been tested for SARS-CoV-2 virus testing, bringing the total number of laboratory tests conducted since January 2020 to 117,287.
Healthinfo.gov.bn revealed that there have been 184 cases in Brunei-Muara District, 29 in Belait District and six in Tutong District.
