No new COVID-19 cases in Brunei

Brunei Darussalam reported no new COVID-19 cases yesterday, keeping the tally of confirmed cases at 148. The country also recorded 197 days without any local COVID-19 transmissions.

The latest update of the COVID-19 situation in the country was shared by the Ministry of Health (MoH) in a statement yesterday.

The MoH has taken 378 samples for SARS-CoV-2 testing in the past 24 hours, and carried out 74,669 tests since January.

Five hundred and ninety-two individuals are undergoing mandatory self-isolation, while 8,086 have completed their self-isolation since March. revealed that there have been 114 cases in the Brunei-Muara District, 28 in the Belait District and six in the Tutong District.
