In reference to a letter, ‘Live World Cup matches on TV?’, published in the Opinion page of the Bulletin on October 22, we appreciate the comments and suggestions on the airing of the forthcoming FIFA World Cup 2022.
As we are unable to secure a competitive live broadcasting fee and rights, Radio Television Brunei (RTB) will not be airing the football tournament on TV.
Nevertheless, we remain committed and strive to provide our audience with quality and entertaining programmes.
