NFABD holds MA Refereeing Course

The National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD) through the Referee Department is currently organising the ongoing MA Refereeing Course 2020. The course, which began on February 13, is expected to conclude next Tuesday.

The course is conducted by FIFA Referee Development Officer Mohammad Rodzali Yacob, FIFA Referee Instructor Subkhiddin Mohd Salleh and FIFA Fitness Instructor Ganesan Maniam.

The course attracted 20 participants comprising FIFA referees, assistant FIFA referees, those who are recognised as Class 1, 2 and 3 as well as qualified local referee instructors.

The course aims to enhance the quality of refereeing in Brunei Darussalam and serves as a preparation for the Brunei Darussalam national league, which will begin on February 28.

During the course, participants will gain valuable knowledge in the aspects of theory, practical and fitness as well as the current football regulations of 2019/2020.
