New seafood restaurant opens in Kiulap

Seafood lovers in the country has a new place to savour Halal-quality Chinese seafood dishes at the recently opened Shiraz Seafood Restaurant in Kiulap.

The restaurant offers am array of seafood dishes such as seafood shell platter, chilli’s crab, buttermilk ketam suri, flower clam clear soup, deep fried squid, bamboo curry clam, lemongrass spicy prawn, and curry fish head in claypot.

Local favourites such as roasted chicken, ayam penyet, baby kailan butter floss, baby corn century egg and four season sambal are also available.

Director of Shiraz Seafood Helen Ong said, “We have received encouraging response from the public, especially for the shell platter that comprises clams, crabs and prawns.

“We get majority of our seafood from local vendors and some from neighbouring countries,” she added.

The restaurant can accommodate up to 80 diners at a time and is open from 10am to 10pm daily.
