MEMBERS of the media test drove the new Porsche Panamera 4 Sport Turismo at the Rimba Garden Central (RGC) yesterday.
Brought in by QAF Eurokars Sdn Bhd (Porsche Centre Brunei), the luxury vehicle boasts dynamic proportion, measures 5,049 millimetres in length with a wheelbase of 2,950 millimetres, and 1,428 millimetres in height.
Equipped with 3.0L V6 petrol engine that produces 243hp, this model features the all-wheel drive Porsche Traction Management (PTM) and the eight-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK).
During the test drive, the media drove from the RGC to Tungku Highway to experience the capability of its handling and performance and the power as well as the vehicle’s stability and safety.
The steering wheel can be handled easily even during aggressive driving and cornering. The braking system is excellent.
The Porsche Panamera 4 Sport Turismo comes with three driving modes: Normal, Sport and Sport Plus.
For the Normal mode, it is ideal for daily driving as well as for long-distance road trips while in Sport mode, it becomes more powerful.
