A dialogue session for 96 new mosque officers of 2019 to 2022 was held at the Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah in Kiarong recently.
Acting Director of Mosque Affairs Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri, Acting Assistant Director of Mosque Affairs Pengiran Haji Haslin bin Pengiran Haji Ali and officials and staff at the Mosque Affairs Department were present.
The meeting was held to inform and remind of the duties and responsibilities of a religious leader and to produce excellent, dynamic and quality mosque officials and staff.
The dialogue also highlighted sharing of ideas in improving mosques, monitoring problems faced while on duty as well as strengthening relationship and establishing brotherhood among mosque officials and staff thus increasing the credibility of mosque affairs officers in administering a mosque.
