The Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) continued their engagement with the local grassroots community through the Neighbourhood Watch (PK) programme.

In the Brunei-Muara District, three villages comprising PK members of Kampong Lupak Luas, Kampong Ayer, RPN Kampong Mentiri Zone 2 and Kampong Masin, participated in a crime prevention patrol with police personnel led by the police station officer-in-charge as well as village heads.

The patrol was planned based on shared information discussed before the operation to ensure it reached the objectives.

Meanwhile, in the Tutong District, a meeting was carried out between the Acting Village Head of Kampong Sengkarai with the Assistant Officer-in-Charge of Tutong Police Station and police personnel.

The engagement aimed to share crime statistics and exchange information.

It was hoped that efforts made will eradicate illegal activities through a community-oriented approach.
