The Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) held a Munajat event at Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah in Kampong Kiarong last night.

The event saw the attendance of ministers, deputy ministers, permanent secretaries, deputy permanent secretaries, government officers and members of the public.

The Munajat is a highly recommended practice in Islam as Muslims can intensify their Doa, perform Zikir, Istighfar seeking forgiveness, protection and blessings from Allah the Almighty.

The event marks its one-year since organising the first Munajat.

The first event was held on September 18, 2021 virtually from congregants at their residence when the nation was faced with the COVID-19 pandemic.
