THE Islamic Da’wah Centre, Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Muallaf Development Section (Tarbiyah Muallaf) held a closing ceremony for Haj Intensive course and Doa Kesyukuran for Muallaf intending Haj pilgrims at the centre yesterday.
The guest of honour, Director of Islamic Da’wah Centre Haji Abdul Rajid bin Haji Mohd Salleh, presented certificates to the Muallaf intending Haj pilgrims upon completing the course.
The Director of Islamic Da’wah Centre urged all the Muallaf intending Haj pilgrims to take the opportunity as a guest of Allah the Almighty and seek the blessings from Allah the Almighty through performing ibadat.
“All Muallaf intending Haj pilgrims should fully focus during performing Haj to achieve Mabrur Haj and prepare oneself in terms of mentality, physical and health respectively,” he said.
Ten Muallaf intending Haj pilgrims comprising five males and five females will perform the Haj pilgrimage this year. Six are from the Brunei-Muara District, three from the Tutong District and one from the Belait District.
