The Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications held an Ilal Hijrah 1445 celebration and Doa Kesyukuran at Brunei International Airport surau yesterday.
Minister of Transport and Infocommunications Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Haji Mustapha attended the ceremony organised by the E-Government National Centre.
The ceremony featured a religious talk on ‘Ugama Terpelihara, Negara Sejahtera’ by Assistant Head of Dakwah Propagation Division at the Islamic Da’wah Centre Haji Muskrisman Safari bin Haji Mustapa.
The ceremony continued with Dikir Asyraqal and the recitation of Doa Kesyukuran for returned haj pilgrims at the ministry followed by mass Asar prayer.
The ceremony aimed to enliven the Ilal Hijrah celebration and fete the return of staff from the pilgrimage. – James Kon
