MoRA holds mid-term review of strategic plan

The Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) held a mid-term review of its strategic plan for 2020-2024 workshop aimed at ensuring the targets and action plans stipulated in the Strategic Plan 2020-2024 are relevant with current trends and in line with Brunei Vision 2035.

Deputy Minister of Religious Affairs Pengiran Dato Seri Paduka Haji Mohd Tashim bin Pengiran Haji Hassan, Permanent Secretary at the MoRA Haji Mohammad Rosli bin Haji Ibrahim and Deputy Permanent Secretary (Policy and Religious) at the MoRA Haji Mohd Serudin bin Haji Timbang were present.

The three-day workshop, facilitated by Director of the Civil Service Institute (IPA) Dr Hajah Noor Maya binti Haji Md Salleh, was held at the Jerudong Sports Complex and attended by executive and middle management oddicers of the MoRA.

On the workshop’s final day, participants delivered outcomes of the review for every core strategic focus of the MoRA’s Strategic Plan 2020-2024, namely effective religious and Arabic education, effective and consolidated propagation and social and welfare security, said Special Duties Officer Grade 1 of Public Relations, International and MABIMS at the MoRA Pengiran Muhammad Azrin bin Pengiran Jarail.

The workshop was coordinated jointly with Muraqib Unit at the MoRA and IPA.
