A delegation from Brunei’s Ministry of Education (MoE), led by Permanent Secretary (Higher Education) at the MoE Dr Haji Azman bin Ahmad, is in Singapore for a working visit since September 28 until today.
The purpose of the visit is to review schools and hostels for the placement for Brunei students under the Brunei-Singapore Youth Education Scholarship programme.
The delegation has been brief-ed on the school and hostel and given the opportunity to tour the facilities. The visit provides the delegation with insights into the implementation of scholarship programmes.
The delegation also held a meeting with Singapore’s Ministry of Education to discuss matters on the implementation of the Brunei-Singapore Youth Education Scholarship programme.
