Jerudong Park Medical Centre (JPMC) organised a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony at Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam Mosque in Jerudong yesterday as part of JPMC’s 25th Silver Jubilee Anniversary celebration.
Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar attended in his capacity as Chairman and Executive Director of JPMC.
The event began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by the minister and continued with the mass recitation of Surah Lazim and Doa. The ceremony ended with Zikir Marhaban and Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam.
Also in attendance were members of JPMC senior management and staff, Kampong Jerudong village head, and members of the mosque Takmir and Kampong Jerudong village consultative council committees.
