MINI owners participate in Miri Street Autofest

The Brunei MINI Owners Association recently participated in the two-day 7th Miri Street Autofest held from September 28-29 at the Coco Cabana, Marina Park, in Miri.

The event was open to participants from Malaysia which included Sabah, Labuan, Limbang, Sarawak, Bintulu and Kuching, as well as Brunei Darussalam, and saw a participation of 300 vehicles of all types to enliven the event’s atmosphere and competition.

The Brunei MINI Owners Association took part in the Retro Car category where President of the association Romzi bin Haji Md Yusof won first place for the second time in a row with his MINI Yasmine 1971, while Ramlee bin Haji Md Yusof won third place with his MINI Clubman GT 1969.

The event helped to further strengthen the bonds between classic car owners, aside from encouraging the public to enjoy the festivities.
