A 22-year-old local man on Saturday pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
Rafaie bin Muhd Ramli admitted to Deputy Public Prosecutor Raihan Nabilah binti Haji Ahmad Ghazali’s facts of the case which was revealed in court on Saturday, that the victim is an acquaintance of the defendant’s friend.
The court further heard that the defendant and his friend went to fetch the victim from home at 8pm on June 4 in Kampong Lumut and hung out at the Tutong waterfront until 2am.
