Malaysian Prime Minister arrives in Brunei

Prime Minister of Malaysia Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and spouse Puan Sri Noorainee Abdul Rahman and delegation arrived in Bandar Seri Begawan for a two-day official visit and the 23rd Annual Leaders’ Consultation between Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia on Sunday, marking the first official visit by a foreign leader to the country since the COVID-19 outbreak in early 2020. Present at the Brunei International Airport to welcome the Malaysian Prime Minister and spouse on arrival were His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office as Personal Representative of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam; and Her Royal Highness Paduka Seri Pengiran Anak Isteri Pengiran Anak Sarah binti Pengiran Haji Salleh Ab Rahaman.
