The Malayali Association of Brunei Darussalam (MA) organised the 7th Badminton Tournament at the indoor court of Pusat Insani, Seria, on Saturday.
The event was inaugurated by the Malayali Association President Cyril Joseph. Forty teams took part in under 15, mixed doubles, men’s and women’s doubles categories. Indian High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Alok Amitabh Dimri presented trophies to the winners and runner-ups.
MA organises various sports events as a part of its commitment to the community members’ physical and mental well-being.
