My son has been receiving treatment at a skin specialist clinic for a year now. The staff have been nothing but kind and compassion, which has been very helpful in his recovery.
Since I always booked in advance, the wait time never stretched past the half-hour mark. However, unbeknownst to us, there has been a policy change. The number we normally received at the receptionist’s desk does not lead us directly to the specialist anymore; instead, we now have to wait in line for a second number on the same floor. As a result, we spent almost 90 minutes during a recent visit, despite it being a slow day.
I’m not sure why the system was changed but it seems to have slowed down the whole process significantly. I hope the authorities could look into the matter.
